Rebirth Art Exhibit at VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital
October 4, 2021 – May 7, 2022
We all have been going through some challenging times during the pandemic and many of us are itching to get out, get some fresh air, and be with friends and family again. The Rebirth exhibit at the VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital (VCA Alexandria) features artwork about reentry into the outside world—be it mentally, physically, or both. Rebirth is a Del Ray Artisans’ Gallery Without Walls exhibit in partnership with VCA Alexandria.
The exhibit is at VCA Alexandria (2660 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314) from October 4, 2021 through May 7, 2022 (extended from April 2, 2022). The artwork is viewable during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-6pm). Visitors MUST wear a mask and let the front desk know they are there to view the art exhibit.
All the artwork on display is by Del Ray Artisans members. Artists are donating 20% of the purchase price of sold pieces to Del Ray Artisans, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
For more information, please contact the curators Liz Martinez (GWW@DelRayArtisans.org) and Stephanie Frederick (Stephanie.Frederick@vca.com).
