(Register before 4pm on Friday, June 18)
Learn to use watercolor techniques such as wet in wet, salt texture, lifting, and scratching to paint beautiful leaves. After painting leaves you will add realistic dew drops. They are so fun and easy you will soon be adding dew drops to all of your paintings!
Demonstration and hands-on activity, suitable for high school age and adults. For the hands-on activity you will need to have these supplies:
- Watercolor paints (3 colors)
- Watercolor paper (Instructor prefers 140 lb cold press Arches)
- Brushes (round with a nice point, scrubber)
- Table salt
- Toothpick or other sharp object
- Water
- Paper towel
This workshop will be online through the Zoom platform. Registered participants will be sent the connection information via email one day before the workshop and approximately one hour before the workshop. You may attend on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
