First Thursday: Extended Gallery Hours (Open 12-9pm)

In 2026, Del Ray Artisans will have special extended gallery hours on the First Thursday of the month from April through June.
From June 5–28, Del Ray Artisans gallery is hosting the USA at 250 art exhibit in celebration of the country’s 250th birthday. Come get a sneak peek today (Thursday, June 4) from 12–9pm! The gallery is free to browse and all ages are welcome.
First Thursday was a former program of the Del Ray Business Association. In 2026, Del Ray Citizens Association has assumed responsibility for organizing and presenting this beloved neighborhood tradition. The 2026 First Thursday dates and themes are:
- May 7 — It’s A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood sponsored by Alexandria Hyundai
- June 4 — Field Day sponsored by the Del Ray Farmers Market
- July 2 — America 250 sponsored by The Jen Walker Team
