Chair Yoga and Meditation

Class size: 5-25 participants
(Register by June 24; Walk-ins welcome, space permitting.)
Balance body and mind in a mostly seated 75-minute yoga practice. Explore the mindful fusion of movement and breath as it guides us to a better understanding of our true self. Some standing postures will be practiced, but seated options will always be given. We will close with a guided meditation. This class is suitable for all levels and inclusive of those with limited mobility.
