Girl Scout “Art and Design” Brownie Badge Workshop (Register by 10/15)

Date/Time: Sunday, October 19, 10am-1pm
Cost: $30/child
Space is limited to 18 girls and 6 adults

Brownies who attend this workshop will complete all of the steps needed for their Art and Design badge. Brownies will create unique clay sculptures, which will help them further develop their fine motor skills and critical thinking skills. In addition, Brownies will create self-portraits, which will help them learn more about symmetry and proportion. Brownies will also create toothpick structures, which allows them to practice problem-solving skills and helps them develop abstract thinking skills.
Troop leaders should register as a troop and must provide a 6:1 ratio of girls to adults. This is not a drop-off event. Adults must remain on site. Troop leaders are responsible for collecting all necessary paperwork (permission slips, health forms, etc).
All art supplies provided. The actual badge is not provided.
