This interactive workshop uses simple acting and movement exercises to explore active listening, presence, and our bodies in relationship to one another and to shared space. Through playful activities and guided reflection, participants experience how awareness and openness deepen connection.
Participants should come dressed in clothing you are comfortable moving in. This is a physically engaging workshop. You may be invited to sit or roll around on the floor.
Acting Is Connecting embodies the Assembly art exhibit’s focus on gathering as a practice that strengthens understanding, empathy, and collective growth.
