DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Yvette Trapani\nDate/Time: Sunday\, August 23\, 6-8pm\nCost: $45 Del Ray Artisans member / $55 Non-member; plus $20 supply fee\nClass size: 8-12 participants\n(Register by August 19) \nIn this relaxing\, hands-on workshop\, participants will be introduced to mindfulness\, meditation\, & flow\, then invited to experience mindfulness through the flowing art of acrylic pour painting. As colors move and blend across the canvas\, the process invites you to slow down\, stay present with the flow\, and simply observe what unfolds. No artistic experience is needed. \nAll supplies will be provided. Participants will leave their paintings at Del Ray Artisans gallery to allow time for the paintings to set.
