DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Syd Grossman\nDate/Time: Saturday\, April 4\, 10:30am-12pm\nCost: $20 Del Ray Artisans member / $30 Non-member\nClass size: 5-10 participants\n(Register in advance; Walk-ins welcome\, space permitting.) \nLearn how to mend holes or weak spots in your clothes with the heirloom art of darning! \nThis workshop will help participants take clothes that have been well-loved and put them back into rotation. Socks\, pants\, shirts\, and more can be mended with beautifully decorative or nearly invisible darning patches. We will cover a simple two-color patching method\, and participants are encouraged to bring an item of clothing that they would like to mend. \nAll mending and instructional supplies are included.
