DESCRIPTION:Instructor: Allie Lundquist\nDate/Time: Sunday\, February 15 from 6-9pm\nCost: $30 Del Ray Artisans member / $40 Non-member\, plus a $20 supply fee\nClass size: 3-8 participants\n(Register in advance) \nThe instructor will guide you through the creation of your own acrylic paint monotypes on cardstock using gel plates of various sizes. \nLearn about the art of “thinking backwards” to achieve the kind of layering you would like to achieve—the first layer of paint you put down on the plate will form the background\, not the foreground. During this workshop you’ll also learn how to see colors on a grayscale. \nAll supplies are included.
