SUMMARY:Card Making Party
DESCRIPTION:Come to the gallery for our card making party on Veterans Day (Monday\, November 11) from 4-8pm. All are welcome to this free\, drop-in\, 4-hour card making creative social party and giving event to benefit Del Ray Artisans (DRA). \nDonated handmade cards will be used to freshen up the gallery card display and for the Sunshine Committee to send to members and friends who could use a little “shine” to brighten their day. Plus\, we’ll make some upbeat cards for our Veterans on this national holiday! \nHostesses Theresa Kulstad and Karen Schmitz welcome all levels of “cardie” enthusiasts to drop-in (no registration required) and will provide plenty of art making materials\, cards\, envelopes\, and munchies. Shared materials and snacks are always appreciated. \nCard Making Parties are FUN!\n \n\nLearn & share new art techniques/mini-demos\nNo experience needed\, just bring a positive “art-itude”\nGreat opportunity for new members and artists to mingle\nSee the $100 & Under art exhibit\nDRA members can use donated time toward annual membership volunteer hours\nFind out what’s new & happening for 2020 at Del Ray Artisans\nDonations appreciated for making cards you are taking home\n\nTo help with the event and clean up\, please contact Karen at kschmitzart@gmail.com.
