DESCRIPTION:Registration is now closed. You must have registered by June 25 to attend. \nInstructor: Kate Gibney\nDates: Thursday\, June 27 from 6:30 to 9 PM\nClass size: 6-16 participants\n(Register by June 25) \nLearn to use wire cutters\, chain nose and round nose pliers in combination with wire and semi-precious loose stones to make a one-of-a-kind wire wrapped ring. Previous experience in wire wrapping helps\, but is not necessary. All materials are included. What you make in the class is yours to take home! \nParticipants will gain: \n\nA general understanding of tools needed in jewelry manipulation (mandrel\, hammer\, etc.)\nA concept of semi-precious stones/meanings\nBasic wire working techniques\nSelf-made wire-wrapped rings\n\n. \n\nThis workshop is a part of Del Ray Artisans’ Creative Summer Programs.
