SUMMARY:Workshop: Meditation\, Breath\, and Sound with Dante
DESCRIPTION:Instructor Dante Baker\nInstructor: Dante Baker\nDate: Saturday\, June 8 from 10-11:30am\nClass size: 5-20 participants\n(Register by June 7. Walk-ins allowed\, space permitting.) \nUsing crystal and Tibetan bowls\, Dante will lead a soothing asana and breathwork class to prepare the body for sound meditation. In the last hour\, Dante will conclude with a soothing and unique exploration of the chakra energy points through sound vibration. \nIn this workshop\, sound healing is the use of tuned\, deep-vibrational instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls during healing and meditation\, which can balance dissonant frequencies in the body and bring them into harmony.
