SUMMARY:2023 Annual Member Meeting and 2024 Board of Directors Election
DESCRIPTION:2023 Annual Member Meeting\nTuesday\, November 28\, 7-8:30pm\n(Vote before noon on Nov 27)\nThe Annual Meeting will be an online Zoom meeting. Members will be sent login information via email the day before the meeting. You may attend on a computer\, tablet\, or smartphone. Vote online for the 2024 Board of Directors now through November 27—the results will be announced at the meeting. \nWe have a full agenda planned for you during the ONLINE Annual Member Meeting! This will be your opportunity to hear information about all the shows planned for 2024. Dale Spivey\, President\, will present a special message about the organization and introduce the newly elected 2024 Board of Directors. \n\nVoting for the Slate or Individual Candidates\n“Members in Good Standing” (current membership) are eligible to vote—so please renew your membership if you haven’t already. You must vote prior to the meeting and do not need to attend the meeting to vote. All votes must be received by noon on Monday\, November 27. Select the “VOTE NOW” button to open the ballot. \nVOTE NOW \nIf you do not wish to vote electronically\, we urge you to make a Proxy vote by phone.
