DESCRIPTION:Support Del Ray Artisans and go home with new-to-you\, used treasures from our rummage sale on Saturday & Sunday\, July 5-6\, 8am-1pm. Donated items for the sale are welcomed and appreciated! \nDonations may include household items\, clothing\, office supplies\, jewelry\, toys\, books\, sports equipment\, handheld tools\, small appliances\, and more. Please do not drop off hazardous materials\, broken items\, or anything that requires two people to move (no large furniture or large electronics). \nDonation drop off dates/times and volunteer shifts are: \n\nMonday\, June 30\, 5-7pm (Volunteer shift: 5-7pm)\nWednesday\, July 2\, 12-9pm (Volunteer shifts: 12-3pm\, 3-6pm\, 6-9pm)\nThursday\, July 3\, 12-9pm (Volunteer shifts: 12-3pm\, 3-6pm\, 6-9pm; Preview Sale from 6-9pm)\nFriday\, July 4\, 12-3pm (Volunteer shift: 12-3pm)\n\nSave the date for the big sale itself! SUMMARY:"Lovely As a Tree" Artwork Drop Off
DESCRIPTION:Time for artists to drop off their accepted artwork entries for the upcoming exhibit\, Lovely As a Tree\, and for the next Alcove Gift Shop. \nArtwork must be ready to hang (with D-rings or screw eyes\, and wire) or ready for display (with mounting and/or a display stand if necessary). Review the standard artwork presentation guidelines and the Call for Entry for show specific information. Contact the curator with any questions. \n\nVolunteer\nAll artists participating in the exhibit are required to volunteer a minimum of 3 hours towards managing the show. Those hours can be filled by gallery hosting during the month of exhibit\, assisting with show hanging or take down\, and volunteering to help with other show-specific activities as needed by the curators. Any hours in excess of 3 hours will count towards the membership requirement. DRA members are reminded to report their volunteer hours monthly.
