DESCRIPTION:ChronoScape: Artistic Explorations of Time Travel Art Exhibit\nAugust 7–29\, 2026\nOpening Reception: Friday\, August 7 from 7–9pm\nChronoScape: Artistic Explorations of Time Travel is a curated visual arts exhibition at Del Ray Artisans gallery that explores the human fascination with time travel—both real and imagined. From ancient civilizations to speculative futures\, this show encourages artists to traverse the timelines of human experience\, science fiction\, memory\, mythology\, and the unknown. \nJoin us for the opening reception on Friday\, August 7 between 7-9pm to meet curator Suzan Ok Shumate and the exhibiting artists. Mark your calendar now or set a reminder through Eventbrite. Thank you to MCD Mateos McDonald’s for their generous donation for the reception. \nTime travel is a powerful narrative device and philosophical idea. It asks us to examine who we are\, where we’ve come from\, and where we might be going. This exhibit features diverse interpretations of time travel. Gallery hours are Thursday 12-6pm\, Friday 12-9pm\, Saturday 12-6pm\, and Sunday 12-6pm (closed on August 2 and August 30). \nThe gallery is free\, open to the public\, and accessible.
