DESCRIPTION:Lovely As A Tree Art Exhibit\nAugust 1–30\, 2025\nOpening Reception: Friday\, August 1 from 7–9pm\n“Backyard Beauty” by Robyn Seaton McGarry\nLovely As A Tree is an art exhibit exploring the ways in which trees impact our lives and this earth. Humans and animals benefit from the shade\, shelter\, food provided\, the beauty of and the environmental impact of trees. The talented members of Del Ray Artisans will bring aspects of this natural phenomenon to artistic life through painting\, photography\, ceramics\, items created from wood and other mediums that flow from their prolific imaginations. This art exhibit is a showcase for the creative members of Del Ray Artisans. \nJoin us for the opening reception on Friday\, August 1 between 7-9pm to meet curator Robyn Seaton McGarry and the artists. Mark your calendar now or set a reminder through Eventbrite. \nAlso check out Del Ray Artisans’ Creative Summer Programs this month. In this series of workshops exploring the arts\, you will learn techniques in collage\, drawing\, mixed media\, photography\, bead embroidery\, and more from local artists.
