From lighthouses and stormy seas\, to portside pubs and fishing lures\, get lost in a pirate’s plunder of creativity. Who knows\, you might even come upon a sea monster or two! \nJoin us for the exhibit reception on Friday\, June 6 between 7-9pm to meet curators Tiara Safic-Martin and TJ Feeley and the artists. Mark your calendar now or set a reminder through Eventbrite. \nThe Sing Me a Sea Shanty art exhibit runs from May 30 – June 29\, 2025 at Del Ray Artisans gallery in the Colasanto Center\, 2704 Mount Vernon Avenue\, Alexandria\, Virginia 22301. Gallery hours are Thursday 12-6pm\, Friday 12-9pm\, Saturday 12-6pm\, and Sunday 12-6pm (hours differ in July). \nThe gallery is free\, open to the public\, and accessible.
