DESCRIPTION:Creature Comforts Art Exhibit at VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital\nSeptember 30\, 2019 – January 26\, 2020\n“Boxer Blues” by Monica Hokeilen\nCreature Comforts is a Del Ray Artisans’ Gallery Without Walls (GWW) exhibit at Veterinary Clinics of America Alexandria Animal Hospital (VCA Alexandria) that honors the animals we bring into our lives as valuable members of our families. Showcasing the animals that lift and fill our hearts is a popular theme at VCA Alexandria and coincides with the winter holiday season when creature comforts of all types are especially appreciated. \nCreature Comforts runs September 30\, 2019 through January 26\, 2020 at VCA Alexandria\, 2660 Duke Street\, Alexandria\, VA 22314. Patrons may view the artwork at VCA Alexandria during regular business hours and at the discretion of hospital staff. Regular hours are Monday through Friday 8am-8pm\, Saturday 8am-3pm\, and closed Sunday. \nAll the artwork on display is by Del Ray Artisans members. Artists are donating 20% of the purchase price of sold pieces to Del Ray Artisans\, who is splitting the donation with VCA Alexandria’s charity of choice\, the Wildlife Rescue League. The Wildlife Rescue League cares for sick\, injured and orphaned wildlife with the intent of releasing them back into their native habitat.
