The Art of Business will answer your questions on income, sales, and local Virginia county taxes. In a lecture and discussion format, Rita Schooley, CPA will go over the general points of tax law and then answer questions. We will also discuss general aspects of business from an artist’s viewpoint. We cover recordkeeping, record retention, filing tax returns, estimated tax payments, and navigating the tax maze.
Additionally, participants can bring all tax- and business-related questions for consideration. Rita will be available after the session for about half an hour to answer questions privately.
