OUTDOOR: Live Animal Drawing – Texture Focus

Date: Saturday, June 12 from 11am-5pm in half-hour shifts ($7 per 30 minutes)
Event size: 6 animals, 1-6 participants per animal
(Drop-ins welcome; Register in advance to reserve your preferred time and model)
Come practice sketching or painting natural textures with live models Persephone (Gila Monster), Flicker (Blue tongue Skink), Pyxel (African Pixie Frog), Cookie (Western Hognose Snake) and two more snakes (a Rat Snake and Timber Rattlesnake). Six socially-distanced chairs will be set up around a critter-containing vivarium under a canopy outdoors near the gallery. Seven dollars for a 30-minute session with one animal.
On the registration page, choose a half-hour time slot, then choose a model. You may register for multiple half-hour time slots (and may select the same or different models for each time slot).
This event will be held outside the gallery, rain or shine. Participants must wear a face mask and maintain 6′ of personal space.
