Exhibit Dates: August 4–26, 2023
Digital entry deadline: Monday, July 10, 2023 by midnight
Explore DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia—both the famous and the overlooked, natural and abstract—from the artist’s perspective. Such images may be real or imagined, creating a sense of place and time in our modern world of shifting meanings, through painting, fiber, sculpture, multimedia, and photography, using stark black and white, or vivid colors, or collage. Monuments, architecture, museums, and natural wonders, including flora and fauna, our parks, rivers, and shores, are among the contemplated subjects which are endemic to our region.
The exhibit is open to all area artists. Del Ray Artisans members pay a discounted entry fee.
