Explore the dynamic world of urban landscapes through the creative lens of collage. Learn about the importance of values, color theory, and layering and how to use layers to create a composition that is cohesive and conveys depth and meaning. Whether abstract or representational, each student will come away with a new understanding of how to construct a work of art that conveys the essence of their own personal connection to a particular city.
The supply fee includes all materials. A variety of mixed media tools, paints and implements will be provided, as well as archival polymer, scissors, tissue paper, design paper, art panels, reference photos, and more will be provided to compose a striking skyline.
